Eccera currently has several clients in Stockholm who are in need of support technicians at the 3rd line level.

As a consultant at Eccera, you will receive a secure employment and gain valuable work experience through assignments with our clients. As a 3rd line technician, you will work with system improvements, operation, and maintenance of operating systems and product applications in various IT environments.

Additionally, you will assist with new installations, upgrades, and other types of improvement work.

To succeed in your role as a technician in 3rd line / senior IT technician, you have a natural sense of service and enjoy working qualitatively and long-term. You like to work both individually and as part of a team. You understand the importance of processes and documentation. You are attentive and equipped with a strong drive. It comes naturally to you to see efficiency and improvement opportunities, and you have a burning technical interest. You have experience in operations and support, and we prefer that you have led various change projects in the past.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience in similar tasks
• Windows Server (Infrastructure and built-in features)
• Powershell, VB script
• Microsoft Office365
• Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of larger Windows server environments
• Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of third-party applications on Windows
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Exchange
• Server virtualization (VMware or HyperV)
• Citrix/Cisco products
• Knowledge and experience in storage solutions
• Client management
• Knowledge and experience of working according to ITIL
• Certifications from Microsoft or other relevant certifications
• Driving license B
• Higher education with a technical focus or other education and experience that we consider equivalent
